Spinach Strawberry Salad

We made another fabulous salad for dinner last night. So simple! Just slice the lettuces and spinach and then slice some strawberries and green onions, add cashews, Craisins, and shredded Parmesan. Top it off with a strawberry vinaigrette. . . yumm. . .



I love this time of year; I can throw a salad together, serve it with a loaf of artisan bread (i'll post about that sometime) and call it dinner. Spring is a wonderful season!
